Fully configurable tax regions
Currently Cesium is only set up to deal with the US tax system. Allowing more customizable tax regions will open up Cesium for use in any country.

Import public holidays from other countries
Currently only set up for the US.
Material Expenses
Add the ability to pre-load materials with associated costs per unit. Then keep track of material and time which will then be attached to an invoice in addition to the time spent on a project.
Ad-hoc Invoicing/Estimates
Currently invoices are strongly coupled with the time logged in a period of time. What if you could create an estimate or invoice materials only instead.
Timesheets only mode
The ability to send timesheets only without an invoice. This feature should be configurable to include an hourly rate or exclude it.
Project Xenon
Xenon-135 beta decays into Cesium-135. Xenon will be a superset of Cesium and allow for collaberation of teams using Cesium features.
