Overview

The first page after you sign in: your week against its target, what clients owe you, and what is coming up. Each card opens its own page.

Your Week

Tracked this week shows your hours against your weekly target. The target is your Work Hours per Day times your Working Days, both set in Settings > Global Configuration; the gear on the card opens it.

This week has a bar for each day, with the week's total beside the target, and Top projects this week lists the five projects with the most time.

The Figures

  • Active projects: how many projects you have that are not archived, and how many of their tasks are still open.
  • Clients: how many clients are on your books.
  • Open invoices: the sent invoices that still have money owed, the total due, and how many drafts are waiting.
  • Expenses this month: what you logged with a date in this calendar month, and how many expenses that is.
  • Tax paid: the tax payments you recorded for this year.
  • Time off: the days off in this year, taken and booked, out of your PTO Days per Year, and your next booking.

The Time off card has a gear to Settings > Global Configuration too, where your PTO Days per Year live.

Coming Up and Your Work

Upcoming time off and Public holidays list the next four of each.

Projects lists up to six of your projects, busiest this week first, with this week's hours and their total. Open tasks counts the tasks still to do and lists the first six.

Before your first project, the page asks you to set up your workspace: add a client and a project, then track your first hour.

Your Plan

The card at the bottom of the sidebar shows your plan's state on every page, not just here: how many days of a free trial are left and when it ends, a payment that failed, or a plan set to cancel. Subscribe, Update Payment or Resubscribe sit on the card. In a narrow browser window, such as a phone's, the card is in the menu, and a slim line under the title bar appears when something needs your attention.
